This position is located onsite at our Chinden Office in Boise, Idaho. This role will play a pivotal part in advancing our engineering capabilities, driving adoption of secure coding practices, promoting high-quality development standards, and preparing applications for an increasingly AI‑enabled future. Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted development tools, containerization, cloud services, automation, and modern DevOps pipelines.
Manage development priorities, backlogs, and project timelines to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure applications for statewide customers.
Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy and governance.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, incident response, and resolution of complex application issues.
Provide software licensing, contracts, and budget inputs related to application development operations.
Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance requirements are met across all developed applications.
