Barista

Basic qualifications include being able to:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Work flexible hours, which include morning shifts (starting as early as 5:30am), and/or night shifts (leaving as late as 3-4am(Only in October)
• Must be available all day, between the hours of 6am-11pm, Monday's, Wednesday's and Sunday from now through summer.
• Work most weekends and Holidays
• Discover and respond to customer needs by going above and beyond with exceptional service
• Perform many different tasks, including cleaning and stocking
• Learn quickly
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Work as part of a team
• Build and maintain relationships
• Maintain composure in stressful situations

This location is a unique environment; owned by a third party company at Universal CityWalk. We are an extremely high-volume store, so it is recommended that those who apply have food/customer service experience working in fast-paced environments.
