Define KPIs and measurement frameworks with Analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
Lead a structured test-and-learn approach to improve targeting, messaging, personalization, and channel mix.
Analyze marketing and pipeline performance data, translate insights into recommendations, and inform future campaign strategies.
Lead projects or workstreams across a matrixed organization, coordinating resources, priorities, and timelines.
Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to junior team members or project contributors as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

Analytical, customer-focused thinking with a strong commitment to measurement, testing, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present campaign strategies, insights, and recommendations.
Ability to translate customer, campaign, and pipeline data into actionable marketing strategies and programs.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Analytics.
Proactive, self-directed approach with sound judgment and appropriate escalation when strategic direction or prioritization is needed.
Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
