Learning begins in the classroom but there's no better place to gain real-world experience than with Stantec.

Interns are an integral part of our teams, working to solve some of the world's most complex challenges.

As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, geologists, metallurgists, economists, project managers, and business professionals on mining projects throughout North America and internationally. This hands-on experience will provide exposure to project evaluation, economic analysis, technical studies, project execution, and business decision-making within the mining industry.

At our core, we're a community. Together, we exercise creative thought, developing solutions as individual as the people and projects we touch. From early-stage exploration through feasibility studies, construction, operations, and closure, we help clients responsibly develop the mineral resources required for modern society and the global energy transition.
