Partnering closely with Creative leadership, Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, and regional marketing teams, this person will bring clarity to priorities, improve insight into capacity, and help teams navigate competing demands.

The ideal candidate combines operational thinking with strong project management skills. They are comfortable building a process, running the meeting, updating the schedule, following up on feedback, and resolving the details that keep creative work moving. They bring curiosity about technology and practical experience using tools and automation to improve how teams work.

  • Maintain clear process documentation and use measures such as turnaround times, review cycles, and on-time delivery to assess effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use Asana, AI tools, and automation to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and strengthen creative workflows.
  • Pilot practical tools and new ways of working, assess their impact, and support team adoption in alignment with company technology and data policies.

Team Leadership & Digital Creative Workflows

  • Directly manage and develop the Digital Creative Production Coordinator, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional growth.
  • Support the Coordinator’s day-to-day ownership of Web, Email, and Paid Media creative workflows, providing guidance on priorities, dependencies, and critical issues.
  • Partner with the Coordinator, Creative leadership, and channel teams to build and evolve processes for digital creative requests, development, reviews, and delivery.
  • Integrate digital workstream demand into the broader creative resource plan, ensuring insight into shared resources and helping resolve competing needs across projects.
  • Build on established channel relationships and workflows to improve coordination and consistency across the creative team.

Creative Request Intake & Prioritization

  • Run the creative request intake process, ensuring requests include clear objectives, scope, deliverables, timing, and partner input.
  • Assess brief readiness and resource needs, working with requesting teams to resolve gaps before creative development begins.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of incoming, active, and upcoming work.
  • Recommend priorities and sequencing based on business needs and available capacity, partnering with Creative leadership to confirm decisions.
  • Route requests into appropriate workflows and manage scope or timing changes, making tradeoffs visible and bringing up competing demands.

Creative Resource Management

  • Develop and maintain a resource management model that provides transparency into workload, capacity, and planned demand across creative fields.
  • Work with creative team leads to develop resource plans and recommend assignments based on project needs, skills, and availability.
  • Identify capacity constraints and recommend changes to sequencing, scope, or external creative support; partner with Creative leadership on final allocation decisions.
  • Keep resource plans current as priorities shift and use workload insights to inform future staffing and capability needs.

Creative Kickoff & Development

  • Directly manage internally developed creative projects across design and copy, partnering with the photo studio and production teams on dependencies and handoffs.
  • Lead creative kickoffs, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, ownership, required inputs, and approval responsibilities.
  • Schedule and facilitate creative reviews, consolidate collaborator feedback, document decisions, and follow up on approvals and next steps.
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies through final creative delivery, resolving workflow issues and raising decisions when needed.
  • Coordinate handoffs of approved creative to marketing, regional, channel, or other internal requestors.

Global & Regional Creative Review

  • Define review requirements, submission expectations, timelines, and approval responsibilities with Creative leadership.
  • Coordinate submissions and review meetings, consolidate feedback from designated creative approvers, and track resolution through approval.
  • Partner with regional project owners to integrate global reviews into their timelines while regional teams retain responsibility for local project management and execution.

Brand Guidelines & Enablement

  • Partner with Brand Design, which owns brand standards and guideline content, to keep approved guidance current, accessible, and visible across global and regional teams.
  • Coordinate publication of guideline updates and communicate changes to internal teams and agency partners.
  • Support Brand Design in delivering onboarding and practical guidance on applying brand standards.
