Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pick and pack experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred.
• Tugger experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling required.
• Good hand mobility and manual dexterity.

Job Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track and process inventory.
• Verify product information and quantities before shipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Load, unload, and organize products in designated locations.
• Assist with inventory control and maintaining an organized work area.
• Operate a tugger when assigned (experience preferred).
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
