Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements
- Basic math and documentation skills preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of production packing, packaging, manufacturing, or assembly experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience preparing shipments, packaging products, or handling shipping documentation is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Package finished products according to company specifications and customer requirements
- Prepare shipping and receiving labels and related documentation
- Set up packaging materials and prepare products for shipment
- Inspect packaged products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain production goals, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the shift
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
- Work closely with team members to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations
