Job Duties

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Pick customer orders using work orders, pick tickets, and RF scanners
• Package, wrap, label, and palletize products for shipment
• Load outbound trucks and secure materials for transport
• Receive inbound shipments and verify inventory accuracy
• Utilize warehouse systems to document inventory movements and order completion
• Assemble and prepare materials for delivery or storage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures while operating warehouse equipment
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, and receiving experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to accurately pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Dependable with excellent time management and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to workplace safety

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Steel-toe boots required

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
