Pay Rate: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st 6:00am-2:30pm; 2nd Shift 4:00pm-12:30am

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Locust Grove where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

We are hiring General Warehouse Laborers to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This is a hands-on position involving picking, packing, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and palletizing products.

Job Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and incoming shipments.
• Sort products and packages by order, department, or warehouse location.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and stage products for shipment.
• Use RF scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and order accuracy.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory activities.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, or warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, sorting, and palletizing of products.
• Ability to safely load and unload materials and work in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while meeting production goals.
• Ability to follow all PPE and warehouse safety requirements.
