Job Duties
- Pick and pack rubber products as they move through the production line.
- Inspect products for quality and identify any visible defects.
- Sort and package finished materials according to company standards.
- Keep pace with production requirements to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Education Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to work in a hot production setting.
Physical Capabilities
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements required.
- Ability to work in a very hot manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to maintain productivity throughout the shift.

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
