Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience operating RF scanners/devices for inventory management, picking, and receiving required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift as required.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials when needed.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment while meeting productivity goals.

Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanning equipment to accurately track inventory and complete transactions.
• Pick, stock, replenish, and organize inventory according to company procedures.
• Verify product counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload shipments while following all safety and quality standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You Will Do

As a Stand up Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Stand up Forklift Operator supports warehouse productivity by transporting, stacking, loading, and organizing inventory using powered industrial equipment. This role combines equipment skill with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.
