• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1 year in a customer service or call center environment (Call center experience is preferred)
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties:

• Guide applicants through each step of the coverage application process via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy to inquiries from members and partners
• Support multiple projects and priorities while meeting performance and quality goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of forms and application requirements
• Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and professionalism in all interactions
• Be available for overtime during peak seasons as needed
• Articulate and communicate well over the phone and email
• Maintain monthly, passing qualify performance goals established by department
