Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Recent experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Forklift required.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, inventory control, and pallet staging.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and work around moving machinery.

Job Duties

• Operate a Stand-Up Reach Forklift to move, store, and retrieve HVAC and AC parts throughout the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare, build, wrap, label, and stage pallets for customer orders and distribution.
• Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while meeting daily productivity goals.
• Support general warehouse operations and material handling activities as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Reach Truck Coordinator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
