Quality Inspector

QA Inspector – Direct Hire

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Night Shift | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts)

What You’ll Do

• Inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and tape measures.
• Identify quality concerns, defects, and non-conforming materials.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure product quality and process compliance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to product quality and manufacturing processes.

Experience Requirements

• Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience using micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and quality issues.
• Experience documenting inspection findings and maintaining quality records.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive inspections in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to bend, reach, and handle parts during the inspection process.
• Must be able to work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
