Schedule: 1st shift 5:30am to 3:30pm M-Th with 1 Friday worked per month

Experience Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Interview required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Frequent twisting, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment.

Job Duties

• Inspect thin wood veneer sheets as they exit cutting and drying machines.
• Count, sort, and stack veneer sheets according to production requirements.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain production flow and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

What You Will Do

As a Production Stacker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
