Job Duties

• Uncase, rework, and repackage cosmetic products according to customer requirements.
• Assemble trays and prepare products for packaging and shipment.
• Load and unload products and materials.
• Pick cases and prepare orders for distribution.
• Stack boxes and wrap completed pallets for shipment.
• Support assembly and rework operations while meeting quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate production output and follow work instructions.
• Meet daily production and quality goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Steel-toe footwear required.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, assembly, rework, packaging, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with palletizing, case picking, wrapping pallets, and loading/unloading products is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while meeting daily production goals.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, stack, and move products weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment while maintaining productivity standards.
