Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position, no prior experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Must be able to pass required background check and drug screen
• Night shift candidates may be required to train on day shift

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift between 15-40 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment for extended periods
• Ability to meet production and order fulfillment requirements

Job Duties

• Pick customer orders accurately using order information and warehouse systems
• Pack products securely for shipment
• Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping
• Organize and prepare merchandise for distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed
• Assist with inventory handling and general warehouse duties

What You Will Do

As a Pick and Pack Associate you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The Pick and Pack Associate plays an important role in distribution operations by helping move products accurately from warehouse shelves to customer shipments. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
