Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery to meet production goals.
- Monitor multiple machines simultaneously and respond quickly to operational needs.
- Read, interpret, and record machine gauges, measurements, and production data accurately.
- Utilize computer software and production systems to monitor equipment performance and document production information.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production issues or equipment concerns.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may be warm at times.
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely perform job duties while wearing required personal protective equipment.
