Job Duties
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing packages
- Handle shipments containing clothing, accessories, and makeup products
- Scan, label, and route packages to the correct destinations
- Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
- Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
- Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Package Handler.
