Job Duties
- Operate MPC stand-up equipment (not a forklift) to pick customer orders and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and product locations.
- Pick, stage, and verify orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse, order picking, inventory, or RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Experience operating stand-up material handling equipment preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and meet productivity goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for the entire shift (100% standing).
- Frequent bending, reaching, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You Will Do
