What Makes You a Match
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- 2 years of office experience
- Experience with data entry and basic document management
- Familiarity with standard office equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication and a helpful, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and able to work independently
- 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred

- Perform general clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document creation
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
- Maintain both physical and digital files and documentation
- Use standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines
