Location: Muncie, IN (and surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
Shifts: Multiple Shifts (8hr-10hr-12hr shifts) 1st, 2nd, 3rd

We’re seeking to fill multiple positions, including Machine operator, operator assistant, production assembly, packing, picking, CNC Op, line loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, warehouse, forklift Associates. What You’ll Need to Bring (Requirements)
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Machine operation experience
- Assembly and production line experience
- CNC operation experience
- Picking, packing, and order fulfillment skills
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Forklift certification or forklift operating experience
- Ability to load and unload materials
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality
- Dependable work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards
- Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and job responsibilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the position
