Job Duties

• Disassemble mechanical components using basic hand and power tools
• Clean parts using various methods and equipment
• Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects
• Organize and label parts for reassembly or further processing
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist team members with additional shop tasks as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
• Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable and able to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
