Job Duties
- Operate food production and packaging equipment to produce and package flavoring and other food products.
- Set up, monitor, and operate semi-automatic machines while maintaining consistent production.
- Perform bulk product packaging, including bag-in-box packaging.
- Monitor product weights, packaging, labels, seals, and overall product quality.
- Complete production paperwork, including product traceability, weights, and quality-control information.
Requirements
- Previous food production, manufacturing, machine operation, or packaging experience preferred.
- Comfortable working around machinery and performing repetitive production tasks.
- Good attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and record information.
- Able to follow written instructions and food-safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous food/beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.

What You Will Do
As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
