Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 10 PM – 7 AM

Experience Requirements

• Previous machine operator, machine helper, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties

• Feed corrugated board into the machine or offload from the back of the machine.
• Set up the load former.
• Conduct a systematic quality check by measuring boards and checking calibrations to work orders.
• Keep work area clean and free of debris or scrap.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for product safety and quality.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 30-40 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movement required.
• Ability to work safely around production machinery and equipment.
• Steel-toe boots required; no jewelry allowed on the production floor.
