Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of man-up forklift experience preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order processing experience preferred
• Ability to accurately process customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent attendance and reliability required

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to manually load and unload heavy items and large boxes
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Job Duties

• Load and unload freight by hand and with the use of a dolly
• Operate warehouse equipment, including a man-up forklift when required
• Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Assemble furniture as needed
• Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and other warehouse functions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support team operations and assist in other warehouse departments as needed

What You Will Do

As a Loading and Unloading Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Loading and Unloading Associate supports warehouse productivity through accurate inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

A successful Loading and Unloading Associate understands receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while maintaining safe work practices and consistent productivity. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
