Job Duties

• Paint cooling racks according to specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare surfaces for painting as needed.
• Apply paint evenly and inspect finished products for coverage and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous painting or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Industrial Painter.
