Shift: Third Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and scheduled overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and monitor multiple furnace lines
• Handle materials and products manually and with material-handling equipment
• Weigh containers and create production labels
• Maintain clean barrels, totes, and work areas
• Monitor equipment operation and product flow
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications
• Perform quality checks and testing procedures
• Maintain process documentation accurately
• Assist with minor equipment repairs and maintenance activities
• Monitor and manage chemical inventory levels
• Support production, safety, and housekeeping initiatives
• Complete daily inspections and continuous improvement activities
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 to 3 months of related manufacturing or industrial experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documents
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime and a rotating schedule

What You Will Do

As a Heat Treat Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
