Job Duties

• Safely operate Raymond Reach, Cherry Picker, and Pacer forklifts
• Pick and move clothing, apparel, and warehouse merchandise
• Stage products and materials for shipment and processing
• Load, unload, and transport inventory throughout the distribution center
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems as required
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate product locations
• Follow picking and staging instructions to meet daily productivity goals Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience required
• Experience operating Raymond Reach, Cherry Picker, and Pacer forklifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle merchandise
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous clothing/apparel distribution experience is a plus

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
