Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a stable work history.
• Industrial cleaning experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift.
• Capable of working in a warehouse and production environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Move aluminum materials, pallets, and finished products to designated areas.
• Supply production lines with needed materials.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse and production teams as needed to support daily operations.
