Now hiring for a Foam Molding Operator

Location: Wheaton, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Shift: 7am-5pm

Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks.

Looking for a dependable, hands-on opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in Wheaton, MN? We’re seeking reliable individuals who are eager to learn, work as part of a team, and build a career in production manufacturing. No prior foam molding experience required. Training is provided!

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements:

Entry-level position. Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Job Duties:

• Operate equipment in the foam molding department to produce quality parts
• Paint and trim molded products according to customer specifications
• Learn paint templates, patterns, and material changeover procedures
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with production planning and prioritizing daily work needs
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

Physical Capabilities:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Use trimming scissors, paint guns, trimmers, calculators, and other basic tools
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment
