Location: Little Rock, AR
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Gear Up. Clock In. Own It.
Looking for Final Assembly Technician jobs in Little Rock where craftsmanship and precision come together? This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently.
The Final Assembly Technician installs and connects electrical, hydraulic, lighting, and related systems on trailers at a steel trailer manufacturing plant. This hands-on role is suited to someone with practical experience working on vehicles or equipment who can understand how components fit and function together.
Assembly work may not come with step-by-step instructions on a screen. Technicians need to learn the process, identify connection points, and use good judgment to route and connect hoses, wiring, lights, and other components correctly. Experience working on tractors, trucks, trailers, farm equipment, or personal vehicles can be valuable - even if it was gained outside a professional workplace.
If your skills and experience are a good match for this role, please apply today. This opportunity is based on an Assembler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
Job Duties
- Install and connect trailer electrical wiring, lights, hydraulic hoses, and related components.
- Route and secure wires and hoses safely, keeping them clear of moving parts, sharp edges, and pinch points.

- Use hand and power tools to assemble, fasten, and adjust parts.
- Inspect completed work for correct connections, secure routing, and visible defects.
- Test or assist with testing lights and other installed systems.

- Ability to learn assembly processes and understand how components connect without relying solely on screen-based instructions.
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and attentive to detail.
- Able to work independently after training and collaborate with the production team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.
