Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, pallet jack, material handling, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack is a plus.
• Comfortable using a voice-directed picking system with a headset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent lifting of 20-pound cases throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet productivity goals.

Job Duties

• Operate an electric pallet jack to pick and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Use a voice-picking headset system that directs product selection and order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick, stack, and move products according to customer orders.
• Stock, rotate, and replenish inventory as needed.
• Build and maintain product displays and organize backstock inventory.
• Remove damaged or outdated products and maintain clean equipment and work areas.
• Ensure product quality, inventory accuracy, and proper handling of materials.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.

As a Delivery Helper you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position. • Stock, rotate, and replenish products on shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Build and maintain displays, organize backstock, remove damaged or outdated products, and clean equipment.
