Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start Time Between 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM Until Route Completion

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean MVR with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious driving violations within the past 5 years.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices required.
• Experience operating automatic tractor-trailers preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work 10-13 hour shifts.
• Must be comfortable with heavy-touch freight deliveries.
• Frequent climbing in and out of tractor-trailer equipment.
• Ability to use a dolly and electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Capable of working early morning start times and meeting delivery schedules.

Job Duties

• Operate an automatic Class A tractor-trailer with a 53′ liftgate trailer on local delivery routes.
• Transport retail freight including clothing, rugs, candles, and small furniture.
• Safely deliver freight while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Utilize a dolly and electric pallet jack to assist with freight movement as needed.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and represent the company positively.
• Return home daily after completing assigned routes.
