Experience Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 9 months of recent tractor-trailer experience operating dry van and/or reefer equipment.
• Must have at least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance requirements, and safe driving practices.
• Clean MVR required.
• No at-fault accidents accepted.
• Professional attitude with strong communication skills and reliable attendance.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling U.S. Mail on local routes.
• Transport mail between designated locations while maintaining delivery schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete required logs, inspection reports, and transportation paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Operate dry van equipment in a no-touch freight environment.
• Perform drop-and-hook operations safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

As a Class A CDL Driver, you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
