Pay Rate: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Pay Details:

• Miles & per diem average $1,500 per week
• $0.65 per mile (Average 2,120 miles per week)
• Delay Pay: $20/hour after 2 hours
• Backhaul Pay: $25 per backhaul
• Hazmat Load Pay: $75 per load
• Trailer Sweep Pay: $25
• Per Diem: $30

Schedule: Regional | Monday – Friday | Starting at 5 AM

Delivery region is New England and the Mid-Atlantic | Weekend home time | 3-4 Layovers

Driving Requirements

• 22+ years of age
• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year of CDL experience (within the past 3 years) – Including hazmat experience
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
• Some hazmat

What You Will Do

As a Class A CDL you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

The Class A CDL supports supply chain operations by transporting freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently. This role requires professional driving ability, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
