Experience Requirements
- Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
- Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do
As a Candy Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
