Brake Press Operator – Direct Hire

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Second Shift | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts)

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and adjust press brake machines to produce quality metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
• Select, install, and align punches, dies, and tooling.
• Verify material types, dimensions, bend allowances, and finished part requirements.
• Inspect completed parts and make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience Requirements

• Previous press brake operating experience required.
• Experience setting up and operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of tooling selection, bend calculations, and measurement techniques.
• Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• CNC press brake and programmable control experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
