Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our team. The Auto Detailer will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets, upholstery, and floor mats.
• Wash, dry, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors.
• Clean and condition dashboards, door panels, seats, and other interior surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and other vehicle components.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report any damage or concerns discovered during the detailing process.
• Safely operate detailing equipment, pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling instructions for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Complete assigned vehicles within established productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work on vehicles for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license preferred/required.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions if detailing is performed outdoors.
