Staffing Alternatives is looking for Bilingual (Spanish/English) staff for a location in Hopedale. Job Description: \~ Supervise temporary associates during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE \~ Participate in trainings and team meetings \~ Conduct daily safety observations and production walk-throughs \~ Maintain clear and consistent communication with client management \~ Process payroll and manage paid sick leave \~ Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership Skill Required: \~ Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor \~ Bilingual (English-Spanish) a must! \~ Strong customer service background \~ Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask \~ Prior staffing or onsite coordination experience is a plus \~ Comfortable with walking throughout the shift \~ Willingness to work extra hours, if needed \~ Reliable transportation
