Staffing Recruiter
Weekly Salary: $800-$960 depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
(Must be flexible with hours and be able to do check-ins)
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
Review job descriptions/job orders with candidates and match individuals correctly to the client.
Prescreen potential candidates
Provide customer service with clients by accurately taking job orders
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
Bilingual English-Spanish is a must!
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Ability to check-in temporary associates
