Position Summary STACK Infrastructure is seeking a commercially minded, highly organized Manager to support the execution of complex customer transactions, strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships, and serve as a strategic extension of the SVP, Commercial Transactions & Strategic Partnerships. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will help support commercial negotiations from initial customer engagement through lease execution. This individual will support the deal lead (Director or Vice President) to coordinate the internal teams responsible for financial analysis, legal documentation, technical diligence, development planning, operational requirements, and customer deliverables. The Manager will maintain transaction momentum, ensure that open items have clear owners and deadlines, and help the Director or Vice President provide customers with a coordinated and responsive experience. The role will also include strategic support for the SVP, Commercial Transactions & Strategic Partnerships. In this capacity, the Manager will help translate organizational priorities into action, establish an effective operating cadence, prepare executive materials, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide the commercial leader with timely, well-structured information. The successful candidate will turn this information into practical insights that support negotiations, customer strategy, investment decisions, and commercial planning. This position is well suited to an individual who combines strong analytical skills with sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, executive communication, and a willingness to take ownership of both high-profile transactions and the detailed work required to execute them successfully.
