If you're someone who sees a technical challenge and takes the initiative to solve it, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Support Systems Integrations: Support the implementation, validation, and troubleshooting of system integrations, using APIs, data flows, logs, and system communications.
  • Manage Restaurant Technology: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Simphony, payment systems, kiosks, digital ordering, and other restaurant applications and connected technologies, including ownership of assigned technical escalations beyond frontline support.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Operations, IT, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful technology initiatives.
  • Support Technology Deployments: Coordinate and execute assigned technical activities for restaurant openings, system upgrades, implementations, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Improve Processes: Develop technical documentation, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements that strengthen system reliability.
