Energy Auditor (CEM or CEA)
SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is growing its building compliance practice in New York City, and we are looking for a part-time Energy Auditor to support Local Law 87 and Local Law 97 work on a per-project basis.
We are looking for:
- A current CEM or CEA from AEE (or ASHRAE BEAP/HBDP)
- Hands-on experience performing energy audits on NYC multifamily or commercial buildings
- Familiarity with LL87 reporting and LL97 compliance
- A retro-commissioning credential (CCP, CBCP, EBCP or similar) is a strong plus
