Experience Required

• Previous experience in a printing, bindery, manufacturing, or warehouse environment. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks. • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. • Basic ability to read and follow written job instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude. • Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes. • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Job Description

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and willing to assist wherever needed to keep production running efficiently.

• Assist bindery machine operators with the setup, operation, and breakdown of production jobs.
• Load and unload paper, printed materials, and finished products from bindery equipment.
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the production department.
• Prepare materials for production, including jogging, stacking, counting, and palletizing.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or transfer to other departments.
• Monitor finished materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Assist with general material handling, including moving pallets and operating pallet jacks.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow job instructions, production schedules, and company safety procedures.
• Perform other general production and warehouse duties as assigned.
