What You'll Do
As Assistant Manager, you'll help turn daily goals into daily success by:
- Delivering exceptional haircut experiences behind the chair.
- Coaching and encouraging teammates throughout the day.
- Helping maintain a positive, high-performing salon culture.
- Supporting scheduling, salon standards, and daily operations.
- Assisting with interviewing, onboarding, and developing new team members.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and helping resolve concerns.
- Celebrating wins while helping the team continuously improve.
- Leading by example through professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
Who We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Hold a current Washington State Cosmetology or Barber License.
- Enjoy mentoring and encouraging others.
- Lead through example rather than authority.
- Stay organized and calm in a busy environment.
- Communicate well with both guests and teammates.
- Are dependable and take pride in doing things the right way.
- Are available to support business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Leadership experience is helpful - but if you've naturally become someone others look to for guidance, we'd love to talk with you.
