Spillers is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse / Inventory Specialist to manage the efficient flow of goods from our warehouse to our customers. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily fulfillment operationshandling shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure our shelves are properly stocked and customer orders go out accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, box, and prepare orders for local delivery or commercial shipment.
• Receiving / Stocking: Unload and inspect incoming product shipments, verify packing slips, and restock warehouse shelves efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain strict inventory controls to minimize discrepancies and keep accurate stock levels on hand.
• Vendor Relations: Assist in coordinating with vendors regarding shipments, deliveries, and stock replenishment as needed.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications / Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control role preferred bu not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and shipping software.
