Responsibilities:

In this fast-paced role, you will perform essential fulfillment duties to keep production moving efficiently. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to picking and packing orders with accuracy, operating heat seal machinery and assisting with general warehouse labor and inventory tasks

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for packing and heat-sealing tasks Basic math and reading comprehension for order accuracy and inventory tracking Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment Good time management and ability to meet hourly production quotas

Education:

High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse picking, packing, or production environments Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of a 10-hour shift Strong reliability and punctual attendance Ability to pass a drug screen Ability to pass a criminal background check Must wear steel-toe safety shoes on site High flexibility regarding daily overtime and mandatory weekend shifts

SIGN-ON BONUS: Earn an additional $50 when you complete your first week of work in this position. Must interview by 10/16/26 to be eligible. REFERRAL BONUS: Earn $75 when you refer a friend or family member and they work 150 hours with Spherion.
