We are looking for an energetic, driven, and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. Our office was Franchise Owner of the Year for 2025-2026 and we keep growing! Join our team of recruiters- it's a strong group that we now need to add to the team! In this role, you won't just be filling jobs you'll be matching top-tier talent with companies that need them most. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

??? Sourcing Talent: Find candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct outreach. ??? Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone or video interviews, and evaluate skills and cultural fit. ??? Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with department leads to define role requirements and hiring goals.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (though some roles accept equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Generally 2 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
