You will play a versatile role in our facility, transitioning seamlessly between high-speed assembly line operations and technical equipment teardowns. This position requires a proactive mindset, as you must be equally comfortable meeting production quotas and performing the heavy-duty manual labor required for machine operation.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the pace of the production line to meet hourly output targets

Visually inspecting products as they move through the line to identify and remove any defects or non-conforming items

Performing repetitive assembly tasks with precision, including sorting, packaging, and labeling finished goods.

Safely moving heavy machine components or palletized scrap.

Staging machinery in designated areas to keep the facility floor clear of debris and trip hazards.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Manually lifting and placing bulk items onto production lines or conveyors at a consistent, high-speed pace.

Rapidly identifying and separating materials (plastic, metal, cardboard) by hand to ensure proper waste stream management.

Sometimes using lifts to move oversized bins, scrap hoppers, and non-palletized loads across the warehouse floor.

Manually stacking, wrapping, and securing heavy or awkward loads to prepare them for shipping or long-term storage.

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs (23+ kg) repeatedly.

The capacity to stay on your feet for 8?10 hours, often in extreme weather (heat or cold).
